Premium door anchor- Made from tough nylon and soft but durable foam, this door anchor is designed to not scratch or bend your door frame, endure many pounds of band tension, can be used at the top of the door for pull down exercises, or the side of the door for core/ extension exercises, and the bottom of the door for curl type exercises and more!

Premium resistance band handles- Also made from solid nylon and very durable rubber grip, these band handles are designed as one size fits all. Meant to be used with our bands, you can use these to do various exercises such as bicep curls, row exercises, fly's, presses etc.
